Anna Söderbom

HOUSE OF UX

Anna has been working in content for over 10 years. Most recently at Swedish tech companies where she’s built and scaled teams that work with localisation and UX writing.

She now runs her own business and helps companies work with these disciplines.

Candi Williams

BUMBLE

By day, Candi’s a content leader who loves helping her team thrive, solving complex ContentOps challenges, and championing inclusivity.

By night, she’s a published author of four books, a Reiki healer, and trained sommelier (who tends not to combine them all at once).

When she’s not flying the content design flag, you’ll probably find her shuffling tarot cards, growing her crystal collection, or seeking out more brightly coloured kicks.

NICOLE MICHAELIS

WOLT FOR DOORDASH

Nicole Michaelis leads Content Design at Wolt for Doordash. She’s currently focused on scaling Content Design across a 3-sided marketplace, while keeping her team small and focused on high-impact work only.

Nicole has worked in the industry for over a decade, for companies big and small, as a freelancer and in-house. She believes being a good leader is about being authentic and saying it as it is. Nicole also hosts the Content Rookie podcast

When she’s not doing all things content, she chases her toddler and 2 dogs across her clover lawn, does pottery or writes. Sometimes poems, sometimes spicy takes on the state of design.
